I don't know the right answer and nobody really can distinguish when it crosses the line into animal cruelty. Although it is easy to tell when animal cruelty is taking place, it can be slippery to say that simply killing an animal for food is cruelty. Does an animal have to be killed and then cooked? Can it be alive when it is starting to cook but must be dead by the time you eat it? What if I only eat a certain part of it, is that cruelty?

As far as I know, eating a common lizard, whether cooked or not, is not animal cruelty by law in the US.

Well its not really what I would call a tallent; anyone can do it, but I first did it when I heard that other people had done it with goldfish and I wanted to try it myself. Unfortunately there was no way I could get a goldfish where I lived at the time so without even thinking I went and ate a lizard. After I thought I was gonna die but then I didn't so I kept doing it. Then some friends who thought it was cool asked me to make a video, so I did. Then it found it's way here.

#1) Amphibians are animals, what the hell else would they be?

#2) Lizard's are not amphibians, they are reptiles, some may be amphibious (I don't know that much about Lizards), but as a whole they are not.

Your interpretation is convoluted. It is cruel to swallow the animal whole and let it suffer. If you kept it down, then yes, it is nourishment. Nourishment , but in a cruel way. Chewing it first and ending any misery it would have in your stomach would have been more acceptable.
