It allows you to make completely free calls to a lot of countries around the world from your computer using the VoIP, the same technology that Vonage and similar companies utilize. The countries you can call for free are:
Australia
Austria
Belgium
Canada
Czech Republic
Denmark
Finland
France
Germany
Greece
Hungary
Ireland
Luxembourg
Netherlands
Norway
Portugal
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland
United Kingdom
United States
This software is tested and works very well - the calls couldn't be clearer!
Info and Download @ http://www.voipbuster.com/index.html
Note: Make sure that you click the green check mark once you've loaded the software - this will update your version to the newest available, which you can't download directly from their website for some reason. Also, this software will work well only on broadband connections; you will get disconnections and other problems if you try to use this on a slow connection.
Another Note: If you are running a software firewall, you need to allow voipbuster.exe access to UDP port 4569, inbound and outbound, as well as TCP port 80 to liveupdate.voipbuster.com for software updates.
Enjoy! :D

pretty good except for the fact that all calls are recorded and put on your police file forever.

I've had this for a bit. Already paid the 2 bucks for unlimited calls. I have talked for several hours on there with only one slight problem (second or so delay in transmitting voice) but that's not all that bad for unlimited calls.
As far as the police getting a record of what you do..... I don't know about the legalities of that, but I assume that it would be illegal to do so. You have a reasonable expectation of privacy when using it (I read the TOS, and privacy policy and didnt see anything really out of the way.) So if you were brought to court over something done on there, I'm sure you could get it thrown out for invasion of privacy (unless your call was incredibly stupid).

Right, but lets say I have the free version (cracked) and Im making prank phone calls while using a socks5 proxy with it....they couldn't trace me. It would be the ip of someone else that I currently have a socks5 running off of them. :)

the problem that i have had with it is that the person you are calling hear's there voice replayed back to them if you're using a soundboard. Any one know how to solve this?

yeah...get a head set so there voice is played in your ear and not over your main speakers.
ive been using voipbuster for ages now and not a had a problem since.
as for somone claiming that there is a delay in voice when speaking what type of connection are you using? of course its going to be bad if ur on 56k lmao.
as for the recording of your voice...well i dowt that is true as this would brake the privacy policy act. but if your stupid enough to prank the police or ring them porn lines of course your voice will be recorded.

What is this "socks proxy"?
Does it make you untraceable?
And how do I use it?
Anyone? :)

Well to start off socks proxies are a type of proxies. There are two types of socks proxies, socks4 and socks5. They keep you totally anonymous even with any program you want (http://www.socks.nec.com/cgi-bin/download.pl <-get there and use with IE not firefox), but the only true total anonymous one is socks5. When I mean total anonymous I mean it can proxify javascript to even udp connections...one catch. For the total anonymity you must have a socks5 running off of another persons pc. See with using socks proxies off of websites like here http://www.aliveproxy.com/socks5-list/ you dont know if they are keeping logs or not at the server where the proxy is hosted at...but if you can't or dont know how to get a socks5 to run off of someone elses pc then try the ones off of that site which are foriegn locations.... I got me victims from my programing and I get all the socks5 proxies I will ever need. This is just a quick brief summary...
