Trance,
Vocal Trance,
Hard Trance,
Goa Trance,
Progressive,
Chillout,
House,
Deep House,
Hard House,
Hard Dance,
Euro Dance,
Happy Hardcore,
Techno.

That's all I can think of right now. But then you have the other area's of electronica, some that you may know, some that you may not. i.e drum and bass and various types of breakbeats.

Edit: Oh, if you're new to this type of music, may i suggest some classic artists. Like Art of Trance, BT, 4 strings, Tiesto, Delerium and Dogzilla.

There literally is an enless amount of good artists out there for all the types of above genres.

I like some techno - Some of my favorites are DJ Nosferatu, DJ Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Ministry Of Sound, and DJ Venom. I'm big on industrial music as well, you should check out Funker Vogt, VNV Nation, and Wumpscut. Any song from them is good.
