Lately, I have been practicing making avatars, and animating GIFs. I am half way decent, but there are still a few things I need to know. First off: Does anyone know of a program to resize an animated GIF? I did use the links suggested in this sticky (http://forum.ebaumsworld.com/showthread.php?t=59928) but Mihov has never seemed to work on my computer. It freezes up while loading an image.
Also I have been stuck trying to find a video to GIF converter. At least, when I do find on, you have to pay for it. I am not saying that I want a keygen, just a free program.
Besides that, I am using Adobe ImageReady. I have a few projects in the process. As you can tell by my avatar(s), I have only been creating the "flash a word" type of avatar. I know that they aren't as professional looking, but it's all work in progress.
I am aware of the GIFworks online, but the computer that I work from, creating the avatars, does not have access to the internet.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
