Isnt that the Guigiaro concept that was built for the 2007 Detroit Auto show?

I was just reading my new copy of Muscle Mustang & fast fords. they have some spy shots. looks good, but they say the motors may just be carry overs instead of new ones like people originally thought.

To answer my own question, yes it most definitely is. I have pictures of that same car that I took in January '07. OP is horribly misinformed.

Looks like a mash-up between a 99-04 and a first gen mustang. Not feeling it, personally.

....and it most definitely isn't the 2010 Mustang, or even the 2010 concept. It was an Italian design made solely for the 2007 NAIAS.

American car companies: Only good at making remakes of an original. How not original.
edit: they aren't even too good at that actually

Well, that wouldn't be unlike Ford considering most of their engines are shit anyway.

2009 Ford Escape with better highway fuel economy than Toyota RAV4 and Honda CRV. 2009 Ford F-150 with class-leading fuel economy better than Toyota Tundra and Nissan Titan. 2010 Ford Fusion HEV with better fuel economy than Toyota Camry HEV by at least 6 mpg. 2010 Ford Fusion with better highway fuel economy than Toyota Camry and Honda Accord. 2011 Ford Explorer with better highway fuel economy than Toyota Highlander HEV. 2011 Ford Fiesta with better highway fuel economy than Toyota Yaris and Nissan Versa. Also, 6 speed transmissions will be available in 100% of it's vehicles by 2012 as well as Eco-Boost engines coming out this year and available in 85% of it's vehicles by 2012 and 95% of them by 2015. Another thing to consider, the economy is causing most of the problems with the car companies, as in, car companies all over the world now. There are, right at this moment, more than 200,000 import cars (asian and european) sitting at ports, because they can't sell them, this includes the hybrids, people are just not buying cars right now. Those of you who are laughing it up and blaming all the problems on the cars that American auto makers are making, are you going to say the same things about foreign car makers when this recession really starts putting the hurt on them? I somehow doubt it, I imagine you'll be quietly inconspicuous. ![]() ***EDIT: Sorry clutch, this was aimed at the two posts before your post. Also, completely forgot why I started responding to this thread, to the OP, that isn't even close to the 2010 Ford Mustang, I have it sitting right here in my Autoweek magazine. Doesn't even look remotely like it.
