Now what do I do....

So I can now make a soundboard thanks to the tutorial here, but now what? I want to upload it to myspace site. I've seen it done before I just don't know how. Do I have to have it hosted somewhere? and how did they get it on myspace?

From what I've read, it looks like myspace is no longer allowing people to embed flash files, only videos. You could upload your flash file to putfile and link the page link to putfile, but not embed it.
