How much is "530 HK"?? HK has something to do with light emissions or some shit like that? But it's supposed to say how much horsepower it has.

HK = hästkrafter, where häst = horse, and kraft = power.

therefore HK = HP.

Ahh thanks lol...My search led me askew.

Nahh I think he ran 8 in the 1/8...Traction issues the whole way as you seen - with slicks and a better track you can expect much much better times IMO.

Good God. That's one way to go through a set of tires quickly. That thing hauls ass. Imagine pulling up next to it at a stop light. If you didn't know any better (becuase the thing looks completely stock, looks but abviosly doesn't sound) any one of us would have gotten our ass handed to us.

yup. as i´ve mentioned a few times before, volvos are very popular cars to tune here in finland. (saabs too...)

the 240 and the 740 are (as i see it) the most popular models, and some of them are insanely powerful.

one of my good friends is building a "crappy" 240 wagon, to approx 350 hp. and it´s using alot of stock parts. (can´t remember which ones... might check it up!) still, these have been the ultimate sleepers here, but now people have started to respect an old crappy volvo wagon that makes a loud noice...
it might be a very powerful one, and then i would loose to a volvo wagon...

have read articles aboot these volvo engines, and people have used them in drag cars and the like, and they seem to be pretty much indestrutible.
