Is there a Tourettes Cat soundboard anywhere. If there isn't can someone make one, i am a noob and don't know how. I would appreciate it if someone could. danke.

A soundboard of what? A guy yelling and screaming?

It's funny in the context of the video clip, but a bad idea for a soundboard.

yeah, i thought it was going to be funny and made it right when i saw the video. But soon during its construction became very annoyed with this guy.

I know what you mean. I'm working on one right now and am getting really tired of the guy's voice, even the things that were funny the first time.
