Last time i heard, the fastest(top speed) supra was the JUN Akira Supra running dual Trust T78 turbo's producing over 1200 bhp and using a custom aerodynamic bodykit. It competed in the 2001 Bonneville Nationals, where it delivered 401.20 KPH.

Its now converted back to its original specifications, running a single T88 turbo with a Liberty sequential gearbox, even thought this is the "friendly version" it's still got over 900 hp at the wheels, and is still makin' regular 300 k highway jaunts.

Thats not the fastest Street Legal Supra. Check out the video below. This Supra formerly belonged to Marco D. The car looked stock on the outside, but it hauled ass. Though he had changed his setup many times, I've seen a T-100 turbo and knew he was spraying a 300 shot. He had an automatic two speed transmission.

He has since sold his car on eBay for just over $70 about 4 months ago. He now currently sports a twin turbo Vette. Here is Chicago's finest at its best.

His car pushed nearly 1400HP to the wheels at 30 PSI. This was also the amount of boost he ran at the track (Union Grove in Wisconsin). When he sold his car, he dynoed it at 52 PSI, and pumped out a fucking eye popping 2300 HP to the wheels. Oh, you can see a dyno run of Marco's Supra on Muchsucko.

Whoever made that video obviously didn't look around. Unlike that video, this one shows the 1/4 mile time. One thing I admired about Marco's car, no gay stickers! His was one hell of a mother fucking sleeper!

It and a Dodge Viper GTS, that is yellow with black stripes if that helps anybody remember it better, have been battling over this title for a while now. Hints the saying "Bye Bye Mr. Viper" in the name of the video.
