PC graphics already exceed the next gen consoles

this is the game CRYsis...from the creators of Far CRY (get it) this game is using the CRY engine 2 (get it by now?), made by the company CRYtech(you better fucking get it by now).

makes me salivate over the 800 dollar GPU i'm gonna have to buy. This is not the same trailer from last year.

i want a world war 1 game using this engine to be released for pc, it would be awesome. you would have to piss on the machine gun to keep them from overheating, run through corpse ridden trenches wearing a gas mask, etc. it would be the ultimate ww1 experience.

/\ Great Idea! Don't forget having to wait hours in a trench infested with dieseased rat's, muddy and flooded from rain, and then at the end of the round you have change your socks before you get trench foot.

WWI doesn't sound appealing to me at all, I still want to see a game involving the Korean War, that would be badass!

yeah, korea or ww1 for me, something that really hasn't been seen much. theres a lot of focus on world war 2, with the medal of honor series, but it would be cool to fly one of those vintage ww1 planes and all that, hell, maybe even the revolutionary war, gotta fight those red coats aye.

not when the new batch of consoles come out, but with this PC really takes the lead, but not everyone can afford an 800 dollar graphics card. it's like buying to premium 360's.

there is a civil war game coming out
bf3 will be cool but i hate robots as its more sci fi gaming then real
face it, ww2 was huge, the battles were epic, and the weapons were intense. Thats why ww2 is popular.

although IMHO vietnam iraq and korean war would make a good game.

And, usually, with games like Oblivion, the games look better (by allowing both HDR, and Anti-Aliasing, whereas the PC version only allows you to pick one, or the other, for example), since they're fully optimised for the console, since it's the same identical system, and they can take full advantage of it.

Regardless, this is a beautiful game. ..I especially love it when they show how the game'll actually look when you're playing it, where you're shooting at the soldiers in the middle of the jungle, and you see full lighting effects and natural shadowing EVERYWHERE in the game.

Yes, we get it, PCs have better graphics than consoles, you PC gamers win, you can play your gorgeous MMORPGs for 19 hours a day while I play Mario Kart for 1 hour before I have to go to work.
