Halo or Halo 2?

I love both of these games. Halo 2 is more addicting and I can play it for hours on end, but Halo 1 takes a lot more skill and its really fun to play with pistols, non heat-seeking rocket launchers and infinite grenades. I'm going to have to go with Halo 2 on this one, though.

So, which do you think is better?

HALO is better IMO because it has better multiplayer maps and is on pc so modability-graphics-playability

i fell in love with halo 1 just becuase of the story line and the LAN parties i played, but i voted for HALO 2 because it got me addictive to the game even more with the online part, and i also voted for halo2 because i feel that it made XBL wat it is today

halo 1 i enjoyed from the start, and has better co-op imo. Halo 2 was a let down even without the hype: when first played it lacked something the original had. i enjoyed the 2nd game more over time, but i don't go back and play it like the original.

halo is better single player, without question.
halo 2, however, may be the best online game ever. so my vote goes to halo 2

halo, everything felt more fluid and and was more balanced. whenever i play 2 it feels like a weapon hunt most of the time. plus they weakend the pistols i liked t-rexing.

Why do you guys like Halo CE campaign better than Halo 2? In Halo 2, Graphics are better, way more weapons, super intelligent enemies, REALLY COOL enemies, huge levels (not redundant like the corridors in Halo 1), and you get to operate cooler and better vehicles. What's so great about Halo 1 campaign mode???

Even so, Halo 2 is a retarded UT2k4 clone with LESS weapons and less vehicles.

Halo is so mediocre that I will never understand the hype. Do all of you ONLY have Xboxes?
