Help me i downloaded a file and i dont know how to use it, its ment to have music on it. Thanks for the help in advance.

First of all I'm not really sure what you're asking. So let's clear up a few things first.

1- What does this have to do with MS-DOS?
2- Where did you download the file from?
3- How big is the file(i.e.-500kb, 10mb, 1gb)?
4- What is the file's extension(i.e.-.mp3, .zip, .jpg)?

Let's start here and we'll move on when we have more information.
