Arrow Skype and Soundboards

I've been looking for a way to play flash soundboards over skype.
So far I've found a few programs that will record Skype, play music on Skype, and even let you host your own radio station that users can call into.

BUT there doesn't seem to be a way to play a soundboard on skype without using two soundcards (which i don't have)

Any ideas?

Goto Control Panel\Sounds and Audio Devices\Click Audio\ and change Sound playback and Sound recording to the sound card you want to use. They must be the same default device. Now goto (Voice) and do the same thing-(Click Apply,Ok).Restart Audio controls if it is open. That is one key to getting it to work.If you make any change in Audio\Voice device you will need to close and restart Audio control every time.If not it will not work.

Try recording the sounboard and play with the wav/mic/stereo mix/volume with Audio control.(Record from) can be tricky, most of the time its Stereo or Mic.You really dont need a mic.Or you can just get a Y cable and plug it into audio out. Then plug in the audio out plug into one half of the Y and run a plug from other half of Y to Midi In/Mic.

You need to change to the Sound card you will be useing in Skype to.If you get that all working later you can try and have one sound card control Playback and the other will record. If you want your other soundcard to be the recording device set Sound recording\Voice Recording to the second sound cards default device.

Does this also go for recording, or JUST playing?

Because I am having a heck of a time trying to find a way to record Skype pranks while using a soundboard on one computer. Most people hang up on me because of all of the darn echos.

I found out you can play music on skype, using winamp. I searched for some winamp plugins and they have a Flash player plugin for it. I think you have to use Virtual Audio Cable also, to configure it to play to in Skype. The only problem I encountered was that the volume was lowered and you couldn't increase it. I posted about it on Skype forums and nobody responded with a resolution.

Getting a 2nd soundcard is not a bad option. You can get your hands on a new soundcard for under $15. Here is one for 7.50 (+s&h) on newegg...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16829130001 It comes out to 13 and change in total.
