Dating on Demand "losers"

I not gonna pretend that these DOD people aren't funny, but I have a problem with Ebaum posting these clips. As far as I know, the vast majority of the clips on here are submitted by people looking for their 15 minutes of Internet fame but I'm willing to bet that these DOD clips aren't coming in with the permission of the people in them. I'm also willing to bet that someone at DOD is risking their job by making these tapes public and I'm sure a lawsuit will arise if many more of these keep poping up. In short, yeah they're funny, but have some fucking decency Ebaum. These poor people are just tryin to get laid and you lay them out for ridicule, which judging by their appearance, they already get their fill of. There is plenty of drunken college kids and bad skateboarders to fill your 8 updates a week.

Wow, I'm going to be up all night worrying about my "flamming". I'm relatively new to all this bullshit so my apologies if I don't fear the on-line ribbing that might be posted at my expense. I saw something, I had an opinion, i posted it. Putting these poor losers up on a website for tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands to see and mock is wrong. These guys were lookin for a date and now they are just another internet joke. Posting the random shit people submit voluntarily is one thing, but when employees from DOD start releasing private content because they think it will make funny Ebaum material, that aint cool. Imagine if your mom submitted that home movie of you shitting your pants in the 7th grade, from now on you would be Alex the Pant Shitter to anyone who knew you and saw it. I don't come here for my daily dose of morality, something about those videos crossed a line for me. But hey, that's JMO(is that the proper geek speak for Just My Opinion?)

OK, I've seen 6 page geek wars, so this is this my last post on this subject.

1)No, I don't know that DOD employees released this stuff, I'm just assuming these people didnt release it themselves so that other people could make fun of them

PSU, don't worry so much. The first dating vid that was posted here had been circulating around the net for ages before it got here. If anyone was going to do anything about it it would have happened long before it got to ebaums. And as for the rest, Ebaums gets funny videos submitted, Ebaums posts it. End of story. That's just how it works.

And the Numa Numa video was submitted to Newgrounds by the very person in the video, not against his will. I don't even know how you can think that after the second video, which is also on this site.

True, in the movie he says this his full name when he is being "checked in" to the prison (a scene which I believe is NOT in the book). But did you know the movie also identifies his last name as "Kubrick" in the newspaper clippings? Female right here. I actually thought he was kinda cute! He was really shy and nervous which is really sweet. He wasn't ugly. I'm not gonna lie and say he looks like brad pitt, but he looks like a REAL person. Anime? Anime is cool every now and again. If I could spell the name of the anime he mentioned, I'd even check it out myself.

The fact that he lives with his parents isn't even really that bad, because he's only 23. I couldn't do that, but some people don't feel comfortable moving out right away.

Ha, believe it or not I was shocked when I first saw this dating video. I went to school with Louis!!! Ray Bucknell!

Louis is a great guy, and I'm pissed that he's called a 'loser' on the video tag. He's autistic, guys. That's why he comes off as being strange. He's really an amazing person to know. Most brilliant person I've ever met. Yes, he has an undergraduate degree despite the fact that he's autistic.

He's just a great guy to know all around and it's a shame that this video was leaked by some asshole who had nothing better to do then make fun of people.

Honestly, being austistic has nothing at all to do with any of the reasons I found the video funny. It was more how he started talking about anime and shit in a dating video. I mean, that's one of the last things on earth to say when trying to get a woman.

I don't think any of us are laughing at his handicap, we're just laughing because while he's probably no geekier than anyone else on these boards, most of us wouldn't bring it up when trying to land a date.
