Help With Flash

Can anyone help me with flash? OK, I made a flash movie and I want to put add it to my website with html, does anyone know a good web host thats free that I can do that? And I get confused with the html, It doesnt work. If you want to see how my website looks now with the html code in it go there. www.vincesworld.cjb.net The flash movie I made is blank, it doesnt load.

im pretty sure it works.. beacsue i wont fuck with you...plz take off the music tho its playing over bach- 02 -Larghetoo .

Edit: btw ur site has went over its bandwith... so its no longer viewable

If you have broadband, just host your own site with apache. http://httpd.apache.org/ run a server from your house.
