can anyone make my avatar smaller so it will work for me?

Open up your image in Paint and goof around with the "Stretch/Skew" option (it's found in the Image menu) till it meets the size you're looking for.

Also, this has nothing to do with Flash Animation. Please don't post threads like these here. There's a thread in the "Have a request?" board for this kind of stuff.
