Try to figure out this riddle.

I have a book on these riddles so fuckin hard no one can figure out da answer on their own. Here's a couple:

A man lives in a condo at the 11th floor out of 20 floors. When he takes the elevator to his room he presses the 4th floor and takes the stairs to his room. Why does he do this instead of just going on his own floor?

7 men were hired at a factory to work 7 days a week. The boss has noticed the attendance of the 7 men and everyday theres only 6 men instead of 7 and has been the same for the past months. Why?

Ummm... everyday a different person has a day off?

aight heres da hints for 1, 2, and 3:

1: Every worker is healthy and do not get sick alot. They are given days off, but for a good reason. And every person is completely different form each other in looks. (Think outside of the box)

2: He was doing a task that involved counting and the pain was caused by a metal object. No woman could do this and no1 else was involved.

3: Her cleaning job wasnt in a shop, factory, office or school and she fainted because she saw something. She saw a body or part of a body and it wasnt a suprise to see it.

My guess is they all have a different religion and each religion has a different holy day when you can't work.

If the boss was one of the seven hired then he might have been forgeting to count himself.
