Why the fuck would you the next big thing in the NBA to some douschbag who will probably move them out of the fucking state?!?!? Are you that blind to not see the Cav's are championship material in 2-3 years? Fuck! Please share your thoughts.

Yeah, I just heard about this now, and am very confused. You have one of the best up and coming franchises in the NBA, with possibly the best player in the NBA on your team, and you sell? Thats just crazy.

The only thing that makes me mad about this is the possibility of them moving to a different city. Possibly Cincy or St. Louis.

A 355 million dollar profit is crazy? Damn, how much money are you worth?

Well, I'm pretty sure that even though they've been sold, they'll stay in Cleveland.

I mean, the Cincinnatti Cavaliers doesn't sound good at all.

The Cavs will not be championship material in 2-3 years maybe 5 if they get more help for James. That would suck for Cleveland though if the Cavs moved although, I dont think David Stern would allow Cleveland to lose the team unless they were losing money.

Not to worry, fellow Cavs fans. The team isn't going to be moving anywhere anytime soon. The team has a contract with Gund Arena and the Gateway Corp. through 2027. It would take $50-$80 million to break the contract.

That why you sell. Think about it, you are looking to get rid of the franchise, what better time to sell then when it appears the best years will occur in the next 2 or 3. Dont wait around for those years to either pass or not come to fruition. It makes the most business sense.
