I've always been partial to Sue Bird and Tiffany Roberts. Also can't go wrong with Heather Mitts

EDIT: Sue Bird plays basketball, the other two play soccer. I know Tiffany Roberts' picture is bad but there aren't a whole lot online that I can find. I'll try to find a better one.

You didnt put what sports they play. Heather Mitts is amazing and that first one was alright but that second one was a boot, womens football/ soccer is full of ugly lesboes.
