Lateral Raise?

I heard this exercise broadens shoulders? Is that true? If it is, I'm going to start doing them....a lot....

Going on the lifting scheme...has anybody ever taken NO2 pills? A kid at school took a bottle for a month or so and he's fuckin ripped now... Or has anybody heard how good they are? I'm thinking of taking them but I can't find some juicy info on how much they really work

I haven't heard of those pills, but they are probably just a pill with a creatine base and some vitamins. It would probably be cheaper to get straight up creatine, whey protein, and some regular vitamins.

Damn this exercise is nice. I'm going to do it almost everyday.

Lateral raises are not a bad exercise. However, their are far better exercises to develop broad shoulders and better overall gains. Exercises that work more than one muscle are always better. For example, do military press instead of laterla raises. Bench instead of chest fly's, etc. Try upright rows and dumbell presses for your shoulders, you'll find your gains will be a lot better!

To qualify myself: I was 6'5, 170 lbs 3 years ago. Now I'm 230lbs, I can bench my weight 10 times and I work out 3 or 4 times a week.
