Talking Prank Call Program
to-drown-a-fish told me about this sick program his friend made
Go to it and u type in a persons name (not urs if u dont want them to find out) and the number (dont separate with dashes -.
SOO funny the person gets the call, try it on urself, its funny!

Well like i did it. I put in my cell then it says (BOO) Don't answer your phone! I don't get it. I got a call then they hung up. Then i didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message or anything. Its not really a prankcall program. And yeah its free.
