yet people still make fun of it, WHILE IT IS HAPPENING, I swear people just don't have respect for anything unless it concerns them in that certain moment

how would you feel if you had a family memeber stuck in that fire and you were trying to get information on TV but you had people calling for pranks??

I Think that biatch on cnn is annoying as hell and if anyone was trapped in there building surronded by flames people wouldnt be watchin her they would be watch Nickelodeon

A couple people died in the wildfires, but it was nothing serious in terms of injury/death. It did destroy many homes and scorched many acres, though. Still, that was some funny shit. Why they had 24/7 coverage I don't know, but it's good they had something entertaining on (I couldn't watch The Simpsons for about two weeks).

Your confusion is understandable. The Howard Stern pranksters are not out to make fun of Howard, rather they're trying to get attention for his show and for themselves. The best way to do this seems to be to call CNN or FOX NEWS, and get onto a live broadcast. The shots at Howard are said in jest, like a "roast", and are simply the easiest (and funniest) way to inject Howard's name into the conversation.

well stern himself talks about his lethal farts. in fact i seem to recall him going to an mtv awards show (ugh the worst) as fartman.

whats lame is that some people dont have a sense of humor. just laugh at it people die all the time everywhere and sometimes its just funny. thats just life, so laugh and just have fun because you cant do anything about it. All of a sudden a group of people think its "wrong" to laugh at those kinds of things but if you think about it everyone has laughed at something that is wrong so dont act like you've never done anything wrong in your life.

I actually agree, I think it's lame too. kind of pathetic that the only way for him to get advertising like that is too interupt something that is possibly life or death. like say, if you that it was your moms apartment how would you feel if you didn't get info about if anyone died because of a lame ass prank? And about the reporter being a bitch, she's just doing her job, how is she supposed to react? if she laughed she would have been fired, I think she did a pretty damn good job.

just dont dial 911 when your trying to scare your friend its not fun when you think you hung up and the cops show up @ his house seeing whats wrong ah my ignorance because someone could have been dying and they were screwing with us on something that never happened.

I wonder how that guy got on cnn tho. They probably have screening process so stuff like this doesn't happen(very often). But seriously ppl just calm down and have a good laugh. His call didn't make any one else die in the fire.
