Songs that sound alike

Just list songs that are different but sound the same and ofcourse are by different artists...like Promises - megadeth, no leaf clover - metallica and dream on - aerosmith all have very similar riffs and are all brilliant songs

"Sad But True" by Metallica and "American Badass" by Kid Rock sound painfully similar.

Ice Ice Baby and Under Pressure have always sounded slightly similar. Maybe that's just me though.

No. You're incorrect. You're saying that a whole genre of music sound the same.

I just recently heard a Snoop song that i thought was "Vapors" for the longest time, but it wasn't. Any idea? Not that i care.

Emo doesnt sound the same. Music in a similar genre sounds similar, however. Otherwise it would be in a different genre.

It might be just me, but every time the song "Cold Hard Bitch" by Jet comes on the raido, I wait and listen to the intro thinking it is some kick ass AC/DC song, then quickly turn the station pissed off after realizing that it is the same boring overplayed song by the overhyped band Jet.

I forget what the song is called but Crosby Stills and Nash did a song and its almost identical to Stairway to Heaven by Led Zepplin, i heard somewhere Zepplin somewhat ripped CSN's song but i forget the name :-/
