each page is a puzzle, look everywhere, you may have to use outside programs, look at the link, etc.

Well, using the Hex or Decimal values of the color in MSPAINT didn't work, and I doubt if it's in binary. However, with the name of the image being "sweet16", I suspect that Hex values still play a role. I must be entering the data in wrong.

As for #2, I found that the color of the background is #BADBAD. I have a feeling this has something to do with it.

I get how to do level two. I'm just stumped what the link the level three is. I used just about every way of using badbad known to man.
