I agree with you lemmi, people who have never seen the effects of climate change deny it, well them and people with low iq.

I know tell it to the ice age humans who hunted woolly mammoths in North America. The climate don't be a changing unless humans are emitting CO2 gas and flurocarbons.

The dimwit reply. Durr well da ice age ended naturally, its must have been da humans and der cars and da factories right? Whats next? Are you going to quote trump and say well he says there's more ice than ever in the north? Or perhaps say that look how cold it got here in the east, brrrr bring on global warming. You don't think modern humans have anything to do with accelerated climate change? .Durrr bring back ma coal! Its all a conspiracy to keep ma coal industry down. I live in an area where we used to get up to ten feet of snow and just in the last 100 years we slowly stopped getting snow and the summers have gotten hotter and hotter. Sure climate change is normal with the beginning and ending of ice ages. But that process is a slow and steady one. Not within one generation. If you don't think all the shit we're pumping into the atmosphere has any effect on accelerating the climate change or on earth you're actually dumber that you seem on here. Just a protip for you Lemmi, you fat guys will be the first to die from heat exhaustion when the summers get too hot.

I don't know the science well enough to have an informed opinion about human or CO2 driven climate change or even enough grasp of the subject to be able to tell if anyone else does but there are a few things which are as certain as anything in this kind of science can be.

There have been abrupt global temperature changes in the past, before humans had much impact.

Reconstruction of past global temperature is imprecise and requires a good deal of conjecture.

Global warming alarmists and deniers both misrepresent the evidence.

A few years ago I had a long exchange of views with a meteorologist. He was a strong proponent of the theory of anthropogenic global warming but not in a dogmatic or reflexive way. After a lot of back and forth he leveled with me, at least as far as his thinking went. He said we can't really be sure what's causing the warming we've seen since the mid 1970's (before that the data is sketchy) but even if it's not CO2 it would be a good idea to wean people off fossil fuels for lots of excellent reasons.

I had to agree but I don't like misrepresenting science for what are really political aims, again for lots of excellent reasons.
