So I got lots of hours in now. So far, it feels like the same game I've played a 1000 times before. It has a few new additions like the armor and weapon upgrade stations and the settlement building stuff. Plus You have a lot of NPC to choose from to follow you on your journey. Plus you can design your own robot to follow you too.

Another good thing is all the junk finally has a purpose in the game. Like dinner plates and vaccuum hoses.

Not impressed with the FPS issues that every bloody bethesda game has. I know its a big game, but when you have a 1tb harddrive with nothing on it and you still have these issues.

Final thought - I don't mind that it feels familar. Usually I zone out on a game while I play a movie or catch up on a TV show on my laptop after working a long day at work. So a mindless game is ideal for me and Fallout fits the profile..

7 out of 10 - Nothing to exciting but I'm enjoying it

You have to build stuff, explore, and do all of the DLC.
I've done tons of building, I've even started rebuilding vault 80. I've explored probably 70% of the map, I've even found most of the bobble heads. I'm downloaded the DLC at the same time as I started the game so I don't know whats what.

The main DLC are Far Harbor and Nuka World. I'm legit level 80, and I'm still working on Nuka World. You reach a quest where you're supposed to choose between helping the raiders take over all of your settlements, which is a definite no, or killing all of the raider bosses.

I had a go at killing one of the bosses, but all of the raiders from that faction came after me. I watched a YouTube video, and apparently, I'm supposed to kill and run. Once I get all four bosses dead, they aren't after me anymore.

***Spoiler Alert***

BTW... I purposely haven't finished the main quest line. I've decided to side against the Institute and believe that their leader is lying he's my son, but I'm wandering the wasteland finishing up the DLC and leveling to 90+ first.

Here's my building in Sanctuary:

The bar totally increases happiness

I don't know if you're modding, but I found a must have to be "My Piper and Curie and Cait". It makes Piper much more likeable to me.

I don't do any cheats - just texture mods. Oh, and on occasion, I hit the tilde and type "player.resethealth". It's saved me a number of times.

@HolidayFriday

Your settlement looks alright. Nice to see you installed lights.

I'm surprised you installed a mod. I tried the texture mod to remove fps issues and it disabled the trophies. Fair enough though.

I found out removing some of the additional saved games helped the fps issues anyway, and disabling network while I played also helped. So the mod was pointless.

I just found far harbour today. I like that its a new set of creatures to kill. I basically only took the boat over and than did one mission. Looking forward to seeig more.

Why don't any of you play on PC's.

I know what Cunnablingus' problem is. He's been beating off in the shower so long he gets an erection when it rains.

If there is a box with porn on it he will have to watch it. Because he's so horney he gets wood when the wind blows.

He goes to a symphonic concert and gets a raging hardon when the guy blows his trombone.
