That looks superb, do they deliver?
Deliver cholesterol to your arteries. Eat up, love.

While you still can.

Cholesterol through food is a myth. Mostly. I rarely eat meat, my BMI is 21, my cholesterol is 230. It's all in the genes.

You know the potatoes in the pic, are they fried or are they oven baked, I'm thinking of doing this for tea.

Any fucking hoo........ I got some nice steak (I was tempted by the rib eye but went for rump instead) and since no one answered I'm going with roast potatoes, so they are par boiled and ready for the oven (decided to also buy some beef dripping for them). mixed some cornflour with black pepper and worcester sauce into a paste and rubbed it into the flesh and left to marrinate..... it smells lush already, will start tea about 6 o'clock.

Edit: forgot to say, do not go to the butchers when you are hungry

Red potatoes or nothing.
Yeah, but couldn't find them, ended up with Scottish white potatoes. They are in the oven now on a slow cook. Fucking stoked for this meal. By the way, the butcher I got the steaks from, literally had the whole cows arse and asked me witch side I wanted........ cannot wait. :D
