My roommate keeps opening and closing his door and each time it gives me a fucking panic attack. I swear he's doing it on purpose.
If he's accidentally opening and closing his door he may be having a fucking seizure.

I don't know what he was doing but he stopped now so I've calmed down. Stopped right after I posted that pretty much. Hope he's not monitoring my internet use or something.

I'm telling you, a little bit of antipsychotics never hurt anyone. You'll be able to sleep, they'll calm you down and take care of those thoughts for you.

That reminds me I'm supposed to be on gabapentin right now. I think my psychiatrist is just giving me the least effective drugs he can with the least chance of addiction first. I'm wondering if I should even bother trying the gabapentin. Kind of annoying because I told him I was doing a lot better so I don't think he realizes I still need something that works now.

Some olanzapine or quetiapine should help you better, without the aggression side effects. You'll have to be careful with the weight gain, but gaining 5 kg seems better than going insane.

I'm just hoping this is all an elaborate troll.

I'll look into olanzapine and maybe quetiapine some more. But yeah wouldn't be looking forward to weight gain.

Have you considered more natural remedies?

Like I said, you wouldn't need a high dosage of quetiapine and it would give you some peace of mind. With your diet you wouldn't fatten up too much. I'm not a doctor, but I seem to remember it just fucks up your fat metabolism a bit, and your fat intake isn't that high.
