I'm sure you hated to lose them. Looks like they were a nice compliment to your property...been there a long time.
Lots of shade and privacy, lost. I kinda topped #1 and might leave it until some trees I plan farther back come in a bit. If it falls it won't take out anything.
A few weeks ago I poured about 12 gallons of mixed termiticide (Termidor SC) in the middle of the trunks and let i soak in so any potential termites could drag it back to the colony and queen. Does the same for ants.
Termidor SC (the SC stands for Suspended Concentrate) is an excellent professional termite control product for killing termites and protecting your home from future infestations.
In addition, when used as an in-ground barrier treatment, Termidor will protect your home or business for over 10 years. Termidor is completely undetectable by termites and once termites touch it they contact, ingest and spread the termiticide until it eliminates the entire colony.
Once you disturb things termites get out because they have no defenses, I figure I gave them plenty of time to get HIV before I started going all "Ferguson" on their Popeyes and liquor store.
