Now then, here's a fun and interesting opportunity!

I have not yet eaten lunch. I'm going to let you tell me what you think I should have for lunch and if it is something I can eat without becoming physically ill, I'll eat it and take a picture.

A few guidelines for picking food for somebody with gastroparesis:

1) There can't be more than 2 grams of fiber in the meal
2) It can't be spicy so tacos (I'm weeping as I write that) are right out.
3) Most lean red meats are okay.
4) I have not found any fish I can't eat (including moloscus)
5) No highly acidic foods.

Oh, yes. And a bullet to put through my soft pallet for being a meat eater out of necessity. I'm such and evil fuck.

Nothing. It’s only 10:22 in the morning. But for lunch I’m going to be drinking local craft beer around one so expect shit comments while I wait for my coworkers to finish their workshop.

Tomato, cauliflower and spinach curry with naan
