I can't believe I only just now started using this. I always hear about it in YouTube videos and such but I never thought twice to use it myself. Finally did and it's so cool. I'm going to use it about every day now.

Do you guys use Cronometer?

Isn't staying thin really easy on a vegan diet?

Not using it because I want to lose weight. It's just really cool seeing all the nutrients add up and seeing what I'm low in or really high in or perfect in.

Also just for the record, today I had more than the necessary amount of protein without even trying at all.

Today I found out that if you want to gain weight really fast, eat a lot of garlic bread.

I ate 3 pieces of garlic bread with probably a tablespoon of Earth Balance on each piece, put it in cronometer and it was 722 calories. Combine that with 1/4 a watermelon and 10 prunes and I'm already at 1233 calories. Looks like I'm taking a multivitamin today.

You don't say.... who would have thought only eating a lot of bread would make you gain weight. There would be no lil pewps there.

Not if you're already obese. Speaking of obesity, you know who's fat? DEMETER SHES FUCKING FAT!!! Brian's fat also though.

Haha, 25 and worried that much about calories. At 30 she's gonna have one of those handicap placards for her car because Trader Joe's is too long a walk for her obese feet.

I'm not worried about calories. I'm fascinated by nutrients, including calories. French bread and Earth Balance are calorie dense but lacking in the nutrient density to make up for it, unless you're an athlete, you don't need that many empty calories.

If I ever have garlic bread again I'll just have a small 1 inch piece with some spaghetti and wheatballs. But I'm disappointed that because I wanted to finish this French bread (which had become very dry and hard), I wasted 722 calories and didn't eat a real meal because of it. I added a sweet potato and a peach but I probably should have eaten something with protein but didn't feel like opening a whole can of beans.
