The ghost writer for "Art Of The Deal" was on CNN (I know, I know) this morning (or at least I saw it this morning) saying that he thinks he'll resign before he's impeached, largely because it's the only way he'll avoid some of the "losing" he'll incur otherwise.

The point he was making is that Trump is very much driven not by what is right or what is wrong, what is good or what is bad, but purely by a very subjective sense of winning vs losing.

I think that he'll probably leave, and I voted for by the end of the year and my gut is before November.

That makes sense, because this way he can say that he left because he was unfairly treated, there was a witch hunt, and it's other people in the government who didn't let him do his job as president. Just blaming Washington, and as usual the press, for cock blocking his awesome presidency.

Only 2 presidents I ever liked were Reagan and Clinton. Liking Bill didn't make me like Hillary though and I damn sure didn't want a reality tv star as president either. He's the president though and I support him now. He's not quitting. Only a complete idiot would think he would just up and quit.

Yeah he's not going to quit, let's be honest, he isn't getting impeached either.

He was wiretapped shortly after he declared he was running, which totally had like nothing to do with him running *wink*. Point being, if there were solid evidence of collusion with Russia the idiots would have had it by now.

There is pretty strong evidence that a canadite colluded with a government to win the election, but it wasn't Trump and it wasn't Russia. They also rigged the primaries...soooo.

Of course, all this impeachment talk and Russia nonsense just shows how truely out of touch mainstream media and the far left are. They're not going to find anything, because it isn't there. The Democratic party's refusal to admit their own mistakes that cost them the election and the media's hissy fit about Russia....look. People don't trust the media already and this will just further prove the point. Basically, thanks for ensuring 4 more years.

Before you're so quick to lambast the media, cite one credible source on that.
Trump himself cited the New York Times as his source for being wiretapped, seemingly ignoring his frequent attempts to label them and others of its ilk as "failing," "biased," and "fake." It was a gross misstatement of the article that referred to a broader investigation concerning ties between Russian officials and Manafort, Stone, and Page, but that didn't stop Breitbart and Fox news jumping at the opportunity to link Obama (of whom had no relation to the initial investigation) to the wiretapping of Trump himself.

While there is no evidence yet of collusion, you have to admit the likelihood - from the attempted influence of an ongoing investigation (firing Comey) to divulging classified intel to Russian officials last week.

Impeachment is a long shot because it requires a majority vote from both the House and Senate, both of which are Republican controlled. Both of which were controlled by Democrats during Watergate, and that investigation took over a year.
