That doesn't prove his age either. His age really doesn't matter anyway. CNN tried to blackmail someone over a fucking meme.
moving the goal posts to fit ure agenda.. So CNN tries doing some investigative journalism for once, U guys twist the story around...

Inb4 first amendment rights. The first amendment protects you from the government. It doesn't stop others from using their free speech to criticize your bigotry.

No one is moving the goal post. Blackmail is still illegal no matter the age of a person. It's obvious you are a leftwing shill, Tim. Go ahead and tell me you'd feel the sameway if an oil company did the same thing CNN just did.

Tim,

It's still illegal for someone to use threats and intimidation to prevent you from exercising your constitutional rights in the US. It's a shame you aren't afforded those same rights in Canada.

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241

"If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same;...

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death."

Many states have statutes against making threats and or conspiring to do/plan bodily injury (short of death).

Universal Citation: 21 OK Stat § 21-1378 (2014)
A. Any person who shall attempt, conspire or endeavor to perform an act of violence involving or intended to involve serious bodily harm or death of another person shall be guilty of a felony, punishable upon conviction thereof by imprisonment for a period of not more than ten (10) years.

B. Any person who shall threaten to perform an act of violence involving or intended to involve serious bodily harm or death of another person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction thereof by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six (6) months.

C. Any person who shall devise any plan, scheme or program of action to cause serious bodily harm or death of another person with intent to perform such malicious act of violence, whether alone or by conspiring with others, shall be guilty of a felony, punishable upon conviction thereof by imprisonment for a period of not more than ten (10) years.

Official statement from cnn

CNN said it didn't publish his name because he appologized, removed all his "racist" posts and promised never to post defamatory things against CNN again. But CNN reserved the right to post his private information in the future.

Now they didn't because they were concerned for his safety? What a load of bullshit. That is just damage control. Notice they said he removed his posts and issued an apology before speaking to him. They left out the emails CNN sent and phone calls CNN made to his house. Did he remove his posts and apologize before of after receiving those emails and calls? We already know the answer to that.

Yep, they only said that to paint themselves as acting responsible or dutiful. They looked at the feedback and knew they'd get shit on if they did it.

The media loves to smear people. Then, they openly apologize if it backfires. Otherwise/usually they bury a retraction on some backpage somewhere so they can point to the retraction if anyone ever questions it in the future.
